Our products are made from epoxy resin.

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Contact us at cedarandjasmineatelier@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
3. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll fix the issue right away.

To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
